Job Title: Senior QS/Estimation Manager – Infrastructure & Roads
Location: DUBAI
Department: Engineering / Cost Control
Reports To: Projects Operation Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior QS/Estimation Manager with a strong background in infrastructure and road construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency, budget control, and contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure and road construction projects.
Strong knowledge of local and international standards (e.g., RTA,)
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software (e.g., Candy, CostX).
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Familiar with FIDIC and other standard contract forms.
Preferred:
Experience with RTA (Dubai) or similar authority projects.
UAE Driving License is preferred.
