Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in roads and infrastructure construction within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering road construction projects while ensuring compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of road construction projects in the UAE
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary
Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and cost control
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure timely project delivery within budget constraints
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in UAE road construction projects
Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, authority approvals, and regulations
Proven experience handling infrastructure/road works projects
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
